St George’s Day Productions Limited is a newly formed UK company incorporated to produce the feature film St George’s Day. The team behind St George’s Day Productions Limited have a mass of experience in feature film production, and more importantly a grounded approach to investment and a return on investment.

Based on an original screenplay by Frank Harper, our movie follows two infamous London gangsters Micky Mannock & Ray Collishaw. Their world is flipped on its head after they lose a shipment of the Russian Mafia’s Cocaine. Set in London, Amsterdam and Berlin, St George’s Day is a story of drugs, sex, a diamond heist and football violence. Can Micky & Ray get back on top against all the odds?

The narrative for St George’s Day has been a labour of love for Frank, and the producers have invested over 12 months in the development of the project. The structure of the production has been formed using solid analysis from the extremely successful previously released films of these genres. We feel that with our script, production team and cast - all of whom are highly recognisable to our target audience - We feel that St George’s Day will be a massive success and achieve exceptional financial returns on investment.

Our 25 min teaser was filmed in London, Berlin and Amsterdam. This St George’s Day teaser was self funded and filmed using a minimal crew. Due to budget/time constraints we didn’t film any of the fight or heist scenes, although this teaser should help you visualize how the project will look.

The budgeted cost of production of the completed film is £2.3m, which will be bonded by a leading UK completion guarantor. The company is seeking to raise funds of up to £2m, by way of issue of 2,000,000 Ordinary “C” Shares. The fund raising is scheduled for completion by February 2010 with the first day of principle photography in Spring 2010. A theatrical release is timed for the 2010 Football World Cup, with the DVD release in November 2010 to capitalise on the lucrative Christmas market.
